Flexibility is no longer a begrudged accommodation; rather, it is a real, scalable strategy that must be endorsed by senior leaders and woven into the fabric of the culture. In order to attract, engage, and retain top talent, organizations need to go beyond historical window dressing to create a truly functional workplace where realistic work patterns meet the needs of employees and employers. During this Jam Session, we will:
• Review current trends, benefits, and pitfalls
• Examine role models of flexible work arrangements
• Outline the 15 “Cs for Success” for the organization, team, and individual contributor. The 15 Cs offer clear recommendations for formulating a strategy and then managing the ongoing execution of a flexible and results-oriented workplace.
