Women negotiate all day every day, often without even realizing they are in a bargaining situation. Whether the negotiation is a small, everyday matter, or a bigger, more structured deal, making the most of these conversations is imperative. Join us for an informative session where you will discover how to negotiate with finesse. Specifically you will learn how to:
· Flex your style based on the topic or person with whom you are negotiating
· Prepare for a negotiation from both informational and emotional perspectives
· Maneuver through negotiation using verbal and non-verbal communication, making concessions, managing tradeoffs and closing the deal
