Join Nicole Jardim and Rebecca Casciano for a discussion about women’s hormonal health in their 20’s, 30’s and 40’s. The goal of this Jam Session is to create a fundamental understanding of what causes the conditions associated with hormonal imbalances. This knowledge empowers women to become experts on their own bodies and ultimately make better choices for themselves in all areas of their lives – personal care, family, career and relationships.
Nicole Jardim is a certified Women’s Holistic Health Coach and Reiki Practitioner. After graduating from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Nicole apprenticed at a women’s holistic health center in NYC. During her training she learned that women can heal from conditions caused by major hormonal imbalances through a natural approach. Nicole founded her wellness business, The Healthy Elements, to teach women how to take control of their hormones and their health through nutrition, exercise and more mindful living.
Rebecca Casciano is a certified Wellness Coach on a mission to inspire beauty from the inside out. She is a makeup artist who has worked with brands such as M.A.C. and Make Up For Ever, magazines like Elle and Essence and celebrities such as Mary J. Blige and Martha Stewart.
