Joanne Cleaver leads Wilson-Taylor Associates, Inc. Katie Donovan is a salary negotiation consultant, equal pay advocate, and keynote speaker. She founded Equal Pay Negotiations LLC to help eliminate the gender pay gap by teaching women salary and employment package negotiation skills. The company’s offerings include online courses, mobile apps, workshops, and personal consulting.
