Joanne Cleaver leads Wilson-Taylor Associates, Inc. A strategic communication consultant and business journalist, she earned a BSJ from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism in 1980 and an MSJ in 1981, with an emphasis on economic reporting. Designing the groundbreaking Working Woman Top 25 Companies for Executive Women list in 1998 and managing it for five more project cycles led her to develop the proprietary MOVE methodology that equips groups to advocate for women in their industries.

Katie Donovan is a salary negotiation consultant, equal pay advocate, and keynote speaker. She founded Equal Pay Negotiations LLC to help eliminate the gender pay gap by teaching women salary and employment package negotiation skills. The company’s offerings include online courses, mobile apps, workshops, and personal consulting.
Ms. Donovan’s speaks on equal pay issues and salary negotiations at such venues as Harvard Business School Women’s Association, National Association of Women MBAs Conference, Association of American University Women, University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, Mom Corps, Holy Cross Women in Business Conference, and 85 Broads.
