Sumi Krishnan started her own business 13 years ago with the all the passion and eagerness you’d expect from a young entrepreneur. Since then, her business has grown to a $20 million company with more than 200 employees. Along the way, Sumi faced a number of challenges and struggled to find herself as a leader. It’s her opinion that many women business leaders experience the same personal dilemmas:
• Feeling like you have to act like a man to prove to others that you’re smart and capable
• Struggling to feel confident in your position of authority and communicating clearly
• Trying to reconcile two identities: “The Boss” and “The Real You”
But once Sumi finally figured out how to integrate her life – once she realized that business is personal, that women don’t need to act like men in order to lead, and that it is possible to "have it all" as long as you are living in alignment with your personal values, her happiness, and her company’s growth, skyrocketed.
In this Jam Session, Sumi will share what she’s learned and provide an actionable “roadmap” for creating the business and life that you love – a life that’s fully aligned with your personal values and who you are as a woman.
