Jannine Allex is a Vice President, Senior Branch Office Manager of Personal and Workplace Investing at Fidelity. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing and other financial products and services to more than 24 million individuals, institutions and financial intermediaries.
In her current role, Jannine is responsible for leading teams across four Fidelity investor centers in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, offering guidance and investment planning to our customers including one-on-one retirement planning, wealth management, income strategies and college planning services, as well as integrated employee benefits solutions. Jannine is based out of the firm’s Princeton, New Jersey branch.
Jannine has been in the financial services industry for 18 years, serving investors in a variety of strategic and client facing roles. She joined Fidelity’s corporate headquarters in Boston in 2005, as a Vice President focused on improving the customer experience. Three years later, Jannine moved to Fidelity’s investor center network, joining as an Account Executive and working with high value clients. She was soon promoted into leadership roles within the branch network, taking on her current position as Senior Branch Office Manager in 2012.
Prior to joining Fidelity, Jannine spent eight years with Merrill Lynch and was responsible for managing the Client Contact Centers in Jacksonville, Florida and Hopewell, New Jersey. While at Merrill Lynch, she was the co-lead for the Women’s Networking Group for the Hopewell Campus.
Jannine is married and she and her husband have four children.
