In this Jam Session, we'll learn the ins and outs of nonprofit junior boards: the benefits of serving on them, how to find (or create) and join your dream junior board, and what you can do to make a difference once you're on the junior board. Serving on a junior board is a great way to develop leadership and management skills and presence, contribute meaningfully to a cause you care about, explore areas to which you may not have access in your career, and build long-term relationships with like-minded young leaders. Demystify myths about fundraising, access, and advocacy, and having a really good time along the way!

She has served on two junior boards, was a founding member of one of them, and now advises and mentors the junior board for WINGS.
